LEON, Kan. (KAKE) - Two people have died following a crash in Butler County on Wednesday.

The single-vehicle crash was reported at around 6:40 a.m. on SW 90th Street, which is a gravel road, between Walnut Valley Road and U.S. 77. That's about three miles west of Leon. 

Butler County Undersheriff Damion Cundiff said the vehicle was eastbound and the driver lost control and crashed. Two men in their 20s were killed. Their names have not been released. 

The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Cundiff said the sheriff's office would provide additional information later Wednesday. No updates have been provided as of Thursday morning.
