Two more officers have been placed on paid administrative leave after a Wichita police officer was arrested Friday evening on charges of misdemeanor official misconduct and stalking.

The arrest was made by Sedgwick County after WPD requested them to investigate potential criminal conduct by the officer. Jail records say that Joshua Price was arrested for "official misconduct" and "stalking; intimate conduct cause fear to person/family."

He is a 21-year veteran of the Wichita Police Department and is also on paid administrative leave.

Police Chief Gordon Ramsay issued a statement on the arrest, saying, "The Wichita Police Department will continue to hold its officers to the highest standards, and accountable when they fail to meet those standards."

This is an ongoing investigation. Sedgwick County is not releasing any other details.
